1. Introduction

xMuse Japanese (“we,” “our,” or “the Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and content partners to do the same.
It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

This DMCA Policy describes how copyright owners can report alleged infringements and how xMuse Japanese will respond.

2. Scope of the Policy

This Policy applies to all content hosted, displayed, or linked on xmusejapanese.com, including images, videos, texts, and user-generated materials.

xMuse Japanese:

  • Does not host or store content known to be infringing.

  • Acts as an interactive platform / aggregator of adult content from verified and lawful third-party sources.

  • Removes or disables access to allegedly infringing material upon valid notice under the DMCA.

3. Designated DMCA Agent

In accordance with the DMCA, xMuse Japanese has appointed a Designated Copyright Agent to receive and process notices of claimed infringement.

4. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized representative) and believe that material available on xMuse Japanese infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice including the following details (per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. The exact URL(s) or other specific location(s) on the Site where the allegedly infringing material is located.

  4. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

5. Procedure After Receiving a Valid Notice

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

  1. We will promptly remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing.

  2. We will notify the user or uploader who provided the material.

  3. The alleged infringer will have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification (see Section 6).

  4. If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner initiates a legal action to prevent it.

6. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice containing:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number.

  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and its prior location.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled by mistake.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or for any judicial district where XMuse Japanese is located).

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Repeat Infringers

xMuse Japanese reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access to individuals who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Misuse of DMCA Notices

Filing false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can result in legal liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
We strongly recommend that you consult legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notice if you are uncertain about your rights.

xMuse Japanese is not responsible for user-uploaded or third-party content embedded from external sources.
All responsibility for compliance with copyright laws lies with the individual users and content providers.
We fully cooperate with copyright holders and law enforcement authorities when required.
